War of the Worlds (1953 version) wasn't bad as I recall, if maybe a bit dated in the effects department

Not seen it for ages, but used to like "First Men in the Moon" (1964) when I was a kid too.
Sci-fi or not one of the best thriller/horror movie's ever.

The musical defecates all over its other presentations...... The '53 film to a lesser extent.

I liked Them back in the day.Then again I was about 10 when I saw it first IIRC.
