Delancy

Anybody know roughly how much Delancy have put into this club?
I recall £30k for steve clarke? and some money to secure the lease. Not sure how much.
Anyone know the scale of their investment?

I think at one stage we owed them something like £8m but some off that was "written off" as it related to unpaid rent.

I have no idea what the actual figure is at the moment though.

I don't think the unpaid rent was written off, IIRC there was a note on the accounts which related to it not being asked to be paid back.

As things stand Delancey will make enough from the B&L/FF/RH developments to make a tidy profit on the "investment" they have put into the club.

How much the current debt of the club is (and Delancy are our only creditors) is a bit unkown at the moment as the accounts to June 2004 are late.
