Well done BDP - your last few weeks have been excellent.

In contract after going joint top, I fell apart, only picking up 4 points in the last 3 weeks!!

it was a mad rush to get all the results out last night so apologies for being so breif.

I often think that predicting is down to two factors "luck" and "common sense" and all you can do is to follow the form guide. However Dick Bates Protege cerainly killed that theory by predictinh 5 out 6 correct results, including Wycome to beat Bristol City, Borient to draw and the Shrimpers to lose. This in a week when most could only predict the Peterborough and Swindon results. For 5 correcty results he gains 5 extra points but would have won the title without it. Fluke? well don't forget earlier on, one week he scored 19 points. Thoroughly derserved win DBP well done.

I hope those that finsished below the line and will be competing in the second division, aren't too suicidal today. It was very close and no reason why next term you couldn't be promoted. For some the reason was simple they forgot to predict at times and no predictions means no points.
