Had a lovely family BBQ after flying in from Canada yesterday. Kept it pretty sensible on the beers front so I can punish my body tomorrow (whether we win or lose)! Be loud and be bloody UP FOR IT EVERYONE COME ON YOU BLUESSSSS

Couple of Negroni's tonight and lots of beer tomorrow. Throw the kitchen sink at em.

Just had a good productive Saturday...

Hoovered the house.
Cleaned the kitchen.
Mowed the grass.
Had a few beers.
Emptied the garage.
Had a few beers.
Hoovered and cleaned the garage.
Had a few more beers.
Put things back into the garage with the help from the 3 year old.
Had a bottle of fizz with the Mrs.
Had a lovely BBQ.
Had some more beer.
Watched TV.
Put the wife and kids to bed...(not at the same time).
Now wide awake with another beer excited for tomorrow.

I, like so many others didn't expect to get this far. I've always said it's a bonus now. Enjoy the day. Result isn't of importance, having our club is.

However...

Just written out an absolute essay on just about everything and deleted it. But still have a few words...

I've been involved with the club for over 27 years now, I want this now not for me, not for the players (but by heck do they deserve it after making us proud for the last few years) but I want it for the staff.

The football club is like a family. The club is full of local, passionate people that have had their arms and legs tied together and still held the club together. They have helped make this season one of the most enjoyable in a long time, they deserve this.

2005 was fulfilling.

2015 was a done deal..until we decided to enter the play offs.

2025 is a year full of determination, attitude, commitment and HEART. We well and truly can be proud of being part of a super club with super people behind the scenes.

Well done on everyone of you for your support. One.more.time.

Think I'll stop drinking now and have some more tomorrow night hopefully!
