Joining Notts Cty as Asst Manager. Should I care about this? Never watched the yoofs so don't know whether he was any good or not!

How about Iwan Roberts as youth coach/reserve striker. although he's a bit of a Welsh donkey, he has a good goalscoring record and does offer us something different upfront, to the 5'11" nippy/skillful type players we already have.

On the coaching side he's just completing his UEFA A' badge

Is he not now Assistant (Player) Manager under Newman at Cambridge now?

Hadn't heard that - there were rumours but I didn't think they'd been confirmed

What about getting Glenn Pennyfather from Canvey? Southend legend, knows Tilly well, got good results, might want a crack at working at a league club.

Surely he'd want to work with the newly crowned League Two Manager of the Year though...
