New Share issue, new owners?

Massimo Giovanni

Old Timer⭐⭐🦐
Is it likely that following the take over that the new consortium might want to raise some money AND would a new issue of shares be a way to do this?
Could some of the debts be converted to shar issues to, for example The Trust?
Would the hardcore 3 to 4 thousand hardcore fans be interesting in buying shares?

For me, despite having some presently worthless shares I believe I would re " invest".

Been thinking similar - probably 'only' raise a few 100k so not sure it's worthwhile. I would probably reinvest as well - wouldn't want to be diluted!!

I wonder though if instead of individual fans being given the opportunity if it would be better to do it via the trust - if the trust could fund raise from its members and raise a few hundred k then they might be able to buy say 10, 20% of the club which might be better in achieving fan ownership in the longer term

Personally the more shares the Trust and individual fans grab the better, it might come in handy way down the line.

Absolutely this, 20% would be nice for starters.

any chance of a larger version please? Or a link to them please?

What percentage of "shares" do the fans own? Maybe they could just be all donated to the trust.
This is doable but Ron's conniving ways mean corralling individual shareholders is a nightmare, for anyone.

Bit torn on transfer of shares issue as I seem to recall you could pass them on to your kids and my four would inherit 30 shares each, and as shrimper fans
I quite like that idea to hand on the baton and keep it in the family.
incidentally I see that 3 shrimpers own 6000 Shares worth £36;000 to purchase and one of them is Peter Butler, although don’t know if this is our former terrier of a midfielder Also Didn’t see Phil Browns

name in the list interestingly
though may have missed it.
