I think it's down to Steve Tilson new hobby of electrical substation collecting; he was furious that FIFA tried to limit his attempts at collecting all 72 different makes of substation by telling him that he can have only six. Luckily for our man Steve, FIFA relented and he can now gather all 72 at Boots and Laces. Phew ...

I think you should replace substations with submarine, as this can be abbreviated to sub
