Rhys Ellingham new role

I see from LinkedIn that Rhys Ellingham has a new role as Commercial and Operations Director at the club (updated his profile this morning, but could be old news).

Not sure of how this differs from his old role of General Manager.

Anyone know how significant this is, could it be connected to the sale?

Any promtion he gets is fully deserved. He works so hard for the club and without him and the rest of the office staff this past 12 months i doubt we would still be around.

Agree cricko, he was the only person that kept me taking hospitality for so long. However, in the end even he wasnt enough to keep we going along.

I’m not sure it’s fair to compare Hitler with Ron.

All the staff that have remained faithful to the club deserve some kind of recognition but Rhys is a nice guy and thoroughly deserved if it’s a promotion

Have enjoyed many a chat with Rhys along the journey. Gutted for what he's gone through in the last year and if this new title offers him better, then that's good enough for me.
