Born in Southend, he moved to Leeds after Southend, then various clubs, before retiring and coming back to Southend to coach the kids.

A player and also a fan. I used to see him in the East Greens on the few occasions I came home until a few seasons ago. I think he was a season ticket holder..........RIP.

Pretty sure that he used to work in Lloyds Bank (now Rio) in the Broadway.

One of my mum's favourites and a very nice guy.

RIP Frank.

I knew Frank very well, absolute gent. Signed for Leeds from us I think, that was a big move for him. He got struck by lightning once whilst playing.

R.I.P. Frank . (this is turning into a bit of a bad week!)

RIP Frank.

You might be mistaking him for his younger brother, John, who sadly died about a year ago too. As McNasty said Frank worked for Southend Council after leaving Blues.
