Sin-bin trial plan recommended for professional football after trial

I think for things like tactical fouls (including denial of a goal scoring opportunity outside of the box) and dissent, then it's a good idea. I'm keen for an 'orange card' style sin-bin.

I’m interested by how this affects the game. Will it ruin games by encouraging teams to shut up shop and relentlessly timewasting for 10 minutes?

I think timewasting is currently the biggest issue in football and would included timewasting among the offences in the trial that you can be sin binned for.
