I'll speculate that they need the council leasing agreement signed before they can give consent.

Remember last time it was said the leasing agreement unlocked significant financing.

Yes that is true but would have thought some kind of comment on that issue might be appropriate, perhaps along the lines you suggest, just for some clarity on thecmatter

My point was that the statement makes specific comments about due diligence and the winding up order and clarifies them in detail, but only mentions the other matter in passing without asking for any explanation for the delay by 'Martin's financial partner'
