Correct me if I am wrong, or indeed if this has already been mentioned, but weren't you supposed to be in the Spread last Saturday, before the Northampton match to have a game or pool or two with Kev? If so, why the no show?

Not particularly. My lifes a complete bitch, and probably will be for the next few weeks, until I can find a job that pays enough money for me to be able to afford to quit the sh*thole that is 6th form. Ho hum.

Anyway. Hairy muff, I was just wondering.

No. My letter needs to be altered to include the fact that I'm a dedicated fan and that I love the club. Other than that, I've just got to post it to the club. What about you?

Experience helps, but it is not the be all and end all... I&#39;m currently stuck in (albeit well paid) a job a detest, mainly because I didn&#39;t go to Uni (long reason why, that I won&#39;t go into here *reader sighs with relief*...)...</span>

All finished, just need a couple of stamps and a couple of envelopes, then the postman can do the rest.

Shame I only just read this thread&#33; http://www2.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

On the Uni/Sixth form point - I would recommend staying to the end if you possibly can... I left halfway through the upper sixth - I dont really regret it as I hated it, but I do realise how much A levels would have helped if you want a top job...

I&#39;ve been in an identical position to Durera, so I decided to do a degree in the evenings (4 years of hell&#33;)... which will finally be over in March. I dont recommend that route if there is any way you can avoid it...

well i agree with staying at sixth form. By the time i leave college i would of been there 3 years as 1stly i done travel and tourism but quit cause i found it a course that would&#39;nt get you anywhere so i changed to a levels what are far more relevent and usefull for getting into jobs

Qualifications are what you need these days even though some of my lessons at college are boring i would&#39;nt leave especally now that ive only got a few months to go.

And im strongly thinking of going uni as that will too increase me earning potental?

There are loads of pro&#39;s &amp; con&#39;s for going to Uni. You have a fantastic time, learn a lot about yourself and make loads of friends and brilliant memories. However, it means you don&#39;t get into the job market until your at least 21 and you can rack up huge debts (so be prepared).

I had loads of fun and would generally recommend it&#33;&#33;

If you leave school with no qualifications the only experience you are going to get is making coffee and photocopying.
