What's on the horizon?

Obviously the spate of matches at the end of the season was great and we now have midweek training in place. Is there anything else coming up? I realise with pitches down matches will be hard to come by but I'd hope we'd have more than just training for the next two months?

Anyone know of any tourney's coming up? (Other than ones at Roots Hall I can't make! http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif )

Still waiting to hear back from Cupids after I put in an application form for two teams to play in a 5 a side on Sunday mornings in June and early July.

If this blows out Cupids have one pitch available all summer and we&#39;ll need to book a date and fix up opposition.

Other than that we have a possible 7 a side lined up with Dagenham &amp; Redbricks lined up on the morning of our friendly with them in July and GNH&#39;s Prittlewell FC pre-season extravaganza in August.

In the meantime Unc and I will be using Wednesday night training to for 5,6,7 a side and Sunday morning training for fitness, ball skills and a kick around.
