Brian confirmed to me on Sunday that he was going to court on Monday to apply for a special licence so that he can open the pub early but only for invited guests.

Seems we're all getting different messages?

I thought the situation was that the pub will definitely be open for the rugby, the issue is whether they can start serving before 11 for those who just can't wait to drink.

Cheerz y'all. I dont really care about the rugby really. Just the drinking and sociallising really! Pool anyone as im not really that interested in Ruggers although the flag will be there ...

Then in the 'avo we've got the small matter of the Southend game! Anyone going to that!?

Dont know but all i said was that i missed the first 3 goals while getting a lift home from Andee. Typical. Then watched the rest and wished i hadn&#39;t bothered. Oh well.
