Watching the Essex game last night got me thinking. Has there been any game where 2 batsmen have been run out at the same time at both ends?

I think it would be quite difficult for the batsmen to be run out at both ends at the same time as there is only one ball....

I think it is probably dead ball on the fall of a wicket, so I don't think you could then turn round and throw down the stumps at the other end.
