talking of training exercises southend united fc have recently bought a lot of gym equipment from the gym i go to and they are all members there but the only people i ever see up there are:
Michael Kightly
and old geezers:
Mel Capelton
and erm someone else.
Players can't be bothered with the Gym.

Not fair play at all. I think "poor effort" is the phrase you're looking for.
Probably explains why Michael Kightly might step up a class or two, and why few of the others will.
