The amount of revenue that would generate would be immense.

Purely from a personal enjoyment level, I'd love to see a water park built somewhere, I still have fond memories of Fantaseas at Dartford from my youth....

I choose Ice Rink, purely because I think they are awsume.

You could attract quite a few people with this, and it won't be that expensive to run. ^_^ The one on the highstreet seemed to be quite popular, but if it was bigger and better than that, then it would deffiently be an option. ;)

Same for me. I don't really care for a new casino, but in terms of revenue that would win hands down.

I'd have a megacity type thing. Arcades, restaurants, paintballing, laser shooting thing (like Time Crisis, just with your mates), loads of stuff.

I voted for a water park; we already have a casino, you can only lose once.
Having been to Blackpool , Ipswich and Leeds and seen the statues they have outside the idea of one at the new ground is appealing. The problem would be who do you choose? Alternatively it would be nice to see lots of people commemorated in the walls of the stadium, like the designs in Bluewater. Carved granite/concrete in the walls. If Uncle Ron can't afford the fancy bits should we start a fund? :o
