Of course we will be having it. I am surprised you need to ask?? Unless a Sunday is a public holiday (i.e. Xmas New Year or Easter) you are expected to turn up.

I think it would be a good idea if we spend 15-20 mins before we start any training to have a team discussion about last weeks game, see if anyone has any ideas with regards training and the way forward.
Training is the only time the whole/majority of the team are together.

I have footie training in about 30 mins - so I suspect I'll be playing for Sutton on Sunday. However Wayne's suggestion is an excellent one if handled correctly and constructively.
If there is a consensus about what needs to be done on the field for the next friendly I'm more than happy to run with it.
