Can only be a good thing if we've not heard anything?
No news = good news and all that crap?
Still, I personally think it will get the go-ahead whatever/however long it'll take...!

I phoned the Council office on Friday but couldn't speak to the planning officer dealing with the case. The person I did speak to, though, confirmed they hadn't heard anything from Ruth Kelly yet. I will try to find out more next week...

The minutes of the latest liaision meeting (see Shrimpers Trust (http://www.shrimperstrust.co.uk) for more details) stated that Geoffrey King said that they hoped that the plans would be approved by the end of March. There was no mention of a specific date, such as March 13th. If they are approved, King expects that work would commence by the end of May.
