Roots Hall Development?

Anyone know whats going on with regard to the plans to redevelop Roots Hall? Assuming Uncle Ron sorts this out, are we going to be looking at this being Called in as well causing further delays to the current ones?

I think, from what is rumoured that the Roots Hall project has to have a total rethink as it was kicked out with venom at the meeting.

No ...The development of Fossetts according to the horse's Mouth (Ron) is not dependant on Roots hall being developed to finance it ...This was a question I asked him personaly after the Civic meeting. I for one thought he was pushing his luck with his project for the Hall and thought he had no chance in Hell of it going through as planned .But fare do's, he is a tryer.;)
