It's been mentioned before but this is an entirely different situation - Falmer was opposed by Lewes Council as it encroached on their boundaries whilst contravening their planning guidelines, whereas ours was called in despite approval from both councils.

However that Hazel Blears approved Falmer despite reservations about it's impact on an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty is encouraging. At least she's not anti-football!

Hmm...it's certainly good news, but not really relevant to our situation. Both councils within whose jurisdiction FF falls are in favour of the stadium - and as such would not appeal against it should it be approved.

I hate them as much as I have ever hated anything ever. Which is ironic as as a place I love it.

Fair play, sir - to be fair most Brighton fans I've met have been pretty unsavoury!

Feel really bad as few of ym close mates support them and they are top lads.

Its just a conbination of a few things that makes me hate them. Really started hated them after they failed to observe a minutes silence for a Southend kiddy that died. Few blokes I used to work with were total cocks and then nicking Nathan Jones from us ****ed me off too.

Sorry this is a bit off topic but I recall at the meet last night somebody saying he got more than a shuffle off Helen Chamberlain! Perhaps her standards are dropping as she gets older
