Important Club Milestones

1) Today the club is officially six months old.

2) As confirmed at last night's Committee meeting the club now has over £500 in the coffers. This is a phenomenal achievement. More money in the pot means less annual subscriptions next year. Next year pitch hire and a new kit will cost well in excess of £1,000 before all other expenses are taking into account. Hopefully we'll have sponsorship lined up to cover some/all of this expense.

3) Two friendlies coming up next week and the week after (subject to pitch being confirmed).

We have a lot to be positive about. It would be nice to chalk up a first victory to put icing on the cake !

Today it's are Birthday,so lets all shout Hurra,6 games without a win..It's not a bridge to far.
The next two games will see us win, I am sure I know we can,
With 2 goals from Benji and a penalty from Dan.
With Snowy back to lead the team with his skills like Lewis Hunt and the famous battle cry from Mr Harris Oooh you Fu--ing C--t.
So lets all get together and and win for the mighty Zone and even with a 3-0 win will Napper still probably moan.
The sands of time are changing a win is in the Air the man of the match will be Carter, even though he has no hair.
And after the game we can all stand and say through blood and sweat and tears that Shrimperzone FC moves forward and it moves without any fears.
So come my team mates one and all its time to show our spirit lets get out there on Sunday and make sure we F---ing win it
