So with The Blue Voice only a couple of months into its tenure, have you noticed a positive change in the atmosphere at the games to date?

For sure things are looking so much brighter on the support side of things we showed at Leeds and Bournemouth away the power we can create and become the 12th man for SUFC we still have a long way to go but we have come far from where we started!!!
Good work by all on the committee Myself, Smiffy, Cricko, Mcnasty, and J
and most importantly none of this would have been possible without you and fans including...

The atmosphere at Roots Hall has noticably improved since the formation of TBV in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Well, we think it has worked and thoroughly enjoyed helping out....even tho its been tough work sometimes ;)
I think the Leeds game proved what an obvious difference it has made. I am sure before TBV, most of the ground would have been in silence and the Leeds fans more obvious in the vocal support. I would like to think that atleast some who had their doubts about TBV (and who were there on Tues) will now be convinced it can, and continues to make a positive difference at the ground both for the team and the enjoyment of those who go.
Well done chaps....:D

Can't vote on this as I've not seen/heard TBV in action yet but nearly everything I see on here about it sounds like its a massive positive step.
I'm attaching a link here just to show that other clubs have trouble with boo boys too. Its Carlisle - a club who are in with a decent shout of their 3rd promotion in 4 seasons.

i think it's starting to although it's a slow process. as many people have stated though, you're always battling the acoustics at roots hall. on tuesday (from my perspective in the west corner of the south upper) Leeds still seemed significantly louder, at least in the first half. if nothing else though, a really positive impact of TBV has been that more people are now seriously thinking of ways to improve the atmos, and also it's another way of bringing supporters together.

we appreciate the work a lot of people on here have put in for the love of the club and it has paid off. only been around a few months and things are getting better game by game. in the west on tuesday night the atmosphere was the best i've experienced at roots hall in years.

Big yes from me. TBV has improved the atmosphere, lets face it before there was no singing at all. But still think theres room for improvement ie own singing section. Hopefully next season when we get are own singing section, hopefully NORTH BANK it should take off big time with 2,000 passionate shrimpers under the low roof sound QUALITY.

Should be a good crowd on Saturday. When I phoned up to get a ticket today I was told the East and South were sold out. I tried to get 2 in TBV section and were told there were only a couple left in the front row (6 foot 2 me, so gave that a miss) and one behind a column, so I'm guessing it's going to be a good turnout...

Front row of the West whilst not a great view would be o.k. for someone of your height as there is quite a gap between the front row & the wall. The 2nd & 3rd rows are the ones with no legroom.
Online ticket booker showing that you can still get at least 8 tickets all together in the West Stand (row R seats 151-158).
