Myself and Cricko had a meeting with Ron Martin, Garry Adamson and Paul Fitzgerald from the Shrimpers Trust, prior to this evenings encounter.

It was agreed by all parties that TBV and The Trust need to work together more to drive TBV and indeed the Trust campaigns forward. So from now on TBV will have a representative at all future Trust meetings. This will enable TBV to have greater clout when it comes to approaching the club with ideas to improve the atmosphere etc etc. It will also enable TBV to have more of a say on what the new stadium should have included in the plans, to help create the best matchday experience possible for all fans. Overall we are very pleased with the "collaboration" as it helps all parties sing from the same song sheet if you like, creating one united front, rather than several.

We then moved on to the most important issue of all, as far as we are concerned...... The North Bank....

Ron is fully behind the relocation and the results of the survey so far have proved "favourable". This now means we are closer than ever to having it back from next season and we will go as far to say that it is now "highly likely" that it will happen. We will know for definite in the next couple of week's once a few minor details have been sorted amongst other parties and of course you guys will be the first to know..

Finally we discussed ideas for the Play-Off Semi's. It is likely we will have a singing section for both games and we will put on some sort of mega crowd display for the home leg (more on this in due course)

Also, keep your eyes peeled on the OS for some interesting polls over the next few weeks...

That is all for now,

Smiffy and Cricko.

Top work Smiffy, be good to have us represented on the trust committe 'officaly' since I been doing it for a while

People I must stress that although the North Bank looks very possible this is not 100% YET so please bare with myself, Smiffy and Cricko as we will be working hard to ensure this will happen, but one thing is for sure we will do our best for the fans!

I realise this may be on another thread, but where is the proposed aways area if the north bank is given back to home fans?

The far left hand corner of the West stand and a part of the North Bank if Req.

Well done guys, this is looking really good for next season. Brighton showed, again, last night just how good the sound from that end really is - can you imagine opposing lots of noise coming from the same stand? It'd be something pretty awesome to hear.

Yep, which is exactly why we have campaigned so hard to get back in there.

It will be a momentus occasion, which will totally transform the atmosphere at RH for the better.

Get yourselves in there next season people...

was thinking this last night whilst saying to my cousin, just imagine how much noise we could make in there. really would make the game so much more enjoyable plus with a starter point for songs to get started louder than normal others around the ground would join in.

Yep, thats the idea matty. The North Bank will act as a catalyst to get the rest of the ground going.

At the moment we are all to fragmented and in the worst areas for creating noise, in the NB it will be totally the opposite.

Can imagine the banter we will have with the South Upper lot, will make for a cracking atmosphere.

Plus the away fans should be silenced slighty in their new location.

Well done everybody in continuing the very long running campaign to at least have 1/2 the North Stand returned to its rightful home and for RM coming also to the conclusion that overcoming the safety/fire issues, will be very worthwhile & particularly condusive to amosphere and lifting the team to even greater achievements.

Give us a clue Smiffy of the interesting up coming polls to appear on the OS - surely this is not secret squirrel stuff ??
