How do you add a poll?

When you post a new thread at the bottom of that thread if you scroll down it say's "Add a Poll to this thread" send you original topic and you will then be taken to a new page with options on that Poll ie: private poll/public, how many titles in the poll etc etc.Edit the options you require then post it.
