Basically, he's been at Southend for about four years now, having joined from Millwall. He's a quick forward or winger who played just behind the front two on Saturday. Kyle's only a first-year scholar, so at the moment he's pretty raw, but there's certainly a lot of ability for Ricky Duncan and the other coaches at the Youth Department to be working on.
