Who shall I look out for, and what sort of training is it, do you just have a kick about, or is it running and set pieces and stuff.

We do some exercising then a jogg/run then some tactics Freekicks shooting and others then a kick around.

Theres alot of players to watch out for.

Guys just wanted to say that I thought todays training was fantastic. There seems to be big improvement in a number of players, and everyone is enjoying themselves.

Special mentions go out to Shrek, and Carter, who for different reasons did rather well today.

Full marks to Toddy for a great improvement between the sticks. He found that diving around in the rain and the mud can actually be quite fun!

Also a special mention to birthday boy McNasty for his triple salco (sp?) with splosh at the end of the training session.

And a yah-boo-sucks to those wimps who couldn't be arsed ... shame on you ...

The ground set a different style of play because the ball will slide faster and its harder to control but all in all well done lads all done well.
