Training Sunday 4th Janaury 2004

Well done to all the guys that turned up last week.
I will be back to take training this Sunday the 4th please try to get there on time as training will START at 10.30 am.
If you can't make it please put your name down on this post.
For those of you who are going to Bob C on New Years Eve I will see you there, if not have a great New Years Eve,see you at the game on Sat.

Sorry about that bob i did tell kev over pm a couple of days ago that i went to the cash point and had about £9 in the end in their and by the time i would of took a fiver out it would of cost £6 all due to a feck up at work soz i werent their today woke up at midday heavy nite last night and bob i will sort your money out next time i see you or kev.

Well done to everyone that turned up on Sunday and I was glad to see the numbers back up after the xmas holibobs.
A nice and gentle easy start to training for the new year it is going to get alot harder as we work on the stamina and working as a team.
I know some of you think some of the exercises we did on Sunday seemed a bit pointless but there is a basic method in my madness and I am also trying to make training as much fun as we can so we don't get bored.
Lets keep working hard, lets stick together and we will get there.
