This time I definitely won't be there as this is my confirmed date for moving.
Thought I'd get that in early!

No Probs B
Maybe we could have training that day helping you move, we could split up into teams of four a table leg each.... not sure how the leap frogging the TV and then under the bed will go...

Finally going to make it on Sunday (touch wood) as I got bought a nice shinny pair of shin pads and a nice shinny pair of boots for crimbo.
I might change the boots though as the missus got me a white pair, and I am not good enough for anything other than black.
A question I have is that my brother would also like to come along just to get fit (as he is 36 he is too old to play well, and was even worse than me anyway), but he isn't a trust member. Is that a problem just for the training?
If it is I will bring my mum instead as she is a member!
Cheers

£2 per session.
Once you've had 4 weeks you need to pay the £10 subscription. If you are not a SUSCT member (and you have your reasons) then you have to pay another fiver to the club. Its so cheap this year due to not playing games regularly. Come June/July obviously more of everyone's money will be needed. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
You need to be a Southend fan or go to the games. Special cases also apply there as well.

As i'm considered old by the Yoofs, you would be considered as an Old Yoofie http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Well done everyone, another 18 people turned up for training this week.
I hope one or two of you are feeling the benifit of some hard training plenty of stamina and speed work.It would be good to see everyone in shinpads at training even if you only wear them for the game at the end, its for your own benifit that you wear them and may stop one or two picking up silly injuries as the ground is getting very muddy and one or two slide tackles are going in.
Last point if anyone is a mate of the young lad Wayne who came along to training this week could you have a word with him and let him know the rules that he must be aware of if he wants to carry on coming to training.
Thanks everyone.

Nice bit of training yesterday that was
Well done Colin
Im certainly feeling the effects
I am genrally quite fit, but over the last year or so ive let it slip a bit, but over the last two weeks a certainly felt a change for the good, which i would definatly put down to Colins excellent fitness sessions (and running after the 6 oclock from Fenchurch Street!)
