I think I should now be the official SZ reporter on other clubs getting new managers! http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Oxford have named their new manager and they've gone all continental like Cambridge. Another recipe for disaster by the looks of it. He's even bringing 2 translators on the staff! How on earth is it going to work, who knows?

New Oxford manager is an Argentine (http://www.oufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10342~599643,00.html)

His had a very decent playing career by the looks of things has Mr Ramon Diaz.

When will Clubs learn that the continental approach never works over here, just look at Cambridge and Spurs. If this one works I'll gladly eat my hat but I can't see it. He can't even speak the language, simply can't work.

And he's taken his two kids on trial, well, that'll be fun...
