I'm not sure he wasn't good enough. He only had 1 game to prove himself. Perhaps anyone who saw him play could give their opinions. He's definitely doing alright for himself now though and he'd have been a decent signing for us. Luke, Stewart Robson was in charge on a caretaker basis when he played his one and only trial game at Cheltenham Town. Contrary to an earlier post, he did impress - he scored and was highly rated by both myself and Mr. Wallis. We thought he'd come back for a second game, especially as he was out of contract IIRC and we had a lot of forwards injured. But he had a strange agreement with Cambridge where he played a series of games for their reserves and he returned to the Shabby - where he carried on scoring!
