Ok, speaking as one of the more senior members of the team, and hopefully one that some of the yoofs will look up to, I would like to win this game big time. The last time we played them we held them for quite some time before some un-named person came on an spoiled what would have been a very good result. I did not play in the last game, and intend making up for this by giving it my all.
As a point of interest, I am not sure who has said they are available for the game yet, but I would like to point out that if you do not attend traing this Sunday (18th), or do not have a valid reason then you will not be selected. I hope that I am not causing problems with the management set up with these comments, but maybe we should consider this going forward.

COME ON GUYS LETS WIN THIS GAME.

Well that is me out then, as I am busy all day this Sunday with my dress rehearsal for the forth coming panto. And also my ribs have still not recovered from Dave's elbow.

It would be nice to see some of the SZFC attending said production on the 22/23/24 Jan but I know how dizzy they become from not being near the Spread on a weekend night. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I will not be able to make either training or the match the following week. In fact I will be struggling to make several sundays in the near future.

Not really especially as he has not even been given the Captain's armband by the Manager officially yet. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

I did not pick him up as he is only stating what is in the Manager's rules that were accepted back in June. i.e Lack of attendence at training means not starting the match. And I am sure you all have read both sets of rules (club and manager's) and in fact can recite them back to me. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Oh well I guess MrB wont start either then due to his lack of appearances at training http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif along with Napster and Wayne. And now I am forced to miss a match due to my rib injury http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif I am sure some will be happy about that. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

Not a problem for me, considering I'm still having physio...
