Training

Cheers boys, I enjoyed training this morning. I hadn't kicked a ball since October before today and have only just got back into training after about a month of getting no exercise over xmas so hopefully i'll be getting better as the weeks go on!

I'll come along and watch the game next week, then I'll start coming training regularly as of the week after.

Hope my skills, talent and positive energy wasn't missed too much today. I ended up playing 90 mins and couldnt stop coughing half the time. We lost 5-0 .... (and i was er..... 'upfront', alas i ran round like a headless chicken and making up a few new positions while I'm there)

90 minutes for Sutton Sports II today and a well beaten 4-0. Although I am there next week anyway Sutton also happen to have a free week which is handy in the unlikely event of them finding a better right back than me http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif.

Btw - Uncle will be picking the starting line up next week

As long as you've paid your £10 registration fee's im sure that will be OK!! (you would have got that from Lee or Andee so i thought i'd try and be important by saying it)

Im imagining we'll have about 18 players next week so it might be tough to guarantee the whole squad a game, let alone newcomers like yourself, Steve ...

But honestly, i banged away about 6 goals, and was denied a few more by Colins excellent goalkeeping. I cant even remember putting any over the bar (altho i did put one wide from about 2 yards, but whats new!!)
