i was wondering if training was open to anyone, as ive not played since last season and i would like to start to playing again soon and ideally at one full of southend fans, like myself.

Sure mate. We have a match next Sunday (as you may have noticed) but we'll be having training the Sunday after at Priory Park from 10.30am till about 12-12.30 depending on how knackered everyone is.

There should also be mid-week training from late Feb/early March as well in preparation for the new season.

Looks like the squad of 18 players next year is going to get tougher and tougher. Shall we kick people out like FASH F.C !? Il put that to the agenda ...
