Hi, I am new and I am not very good with all this computer stuff and am struggling to set up my avatar. I want this picture:

But I am having problems, it won't let me do it. If anyone could help would be much appreciated.

Go to Quick links at the top, then Faq at the bottom.it tells you all about avatar's etc in there.

I am pleased to be here! I intend having my title match against Ron Martin and will finish him off with an attitude adjustment for all the pain he has put us Southend fans through.
