How the hell do I upload a profile picture?

Quick links on the toolbar below the SZ picture at the top, then User Contol Panel and then on the bar on the right it says Edit Avatar, and then it's pretty simple just browse and upload a saved image, has to be a JPEG file and certain pixel sizes but if you go to the Techzone sub-forum people can make you 1 the right size, etc.
