How much are match subs? Just so I know how much to bring on Sunday...

Steve,

£10 membership, Napster will have the forms on Sunday.

£2 for a full game, £1.50 for an hour +, £1 for a half ( I think )

Hils is correct. Naps or Andee should have the forms.

£3 for match fee's or £2/1.50 if your a playing substitute........

Actually Steve these figures are somewhat incorrect, not that I am surprised considering the people who responded. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Membership is £10 plus SUSCT membership fee, so unless your are already a trust member it will cost more then £10

Match fees are worked out at present by taking the following algorithm

((pitch + ref) / 2)/11 Then ORM will waves his magic and will come up with a figure for full match/half match/10 mins stint

I hope that helps http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Cheers Andee - I am a trust member so it will be a tenner.

Thanks Andee (and yes I saw your name in lights in the Echo the other night http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

I do indeed wave my magic wand as follows

Cost of pitch + ref / number of players + ORM finger in the air designed to ensure SZFC have a further contribution to club assets.

Just for information the pitch costs can range from £50 to as much as £85 per match depending on venue.(obviously split between both teams)

Next season match fees (to be decided) will be a fixed figure per match - cost of pitch and referees will be a known factor before the season starts.

As a broad rule the club actually makes more money at the moment from training than playing matches. In training you get the benefit of Unc's expertise. In a match you get the benefit of Snowy's leadership (as acting club captain) and my tactical skills. On that note training must be a much better option http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Oi, f**k you!

I knew Steve was a member of the Trust so quoted him a Tenner, the correct figure.

Do we need a ref for Sunday as Westy said he would do it?

His only concern was how much he would get paid.

Can someone let me know and I will contact him.

* ORM *
21-01-2004, 01:41 PM
It would be great if Westy could Ref - it'll be split between the two teams anyway.

We tend to pay around a tenner for referees - I think the current league game charge is about £18 - I'd suggest we meet half way and offer him £14 (unless of course he wants a tenner).

He does need to be aware given this is a) a school pitch b) the weather forecast that there is a high possibility of a call off long before the weekend.

Ok, i'll have a word with him and let you know.
Would be nice to have a proper official, not that GNH has ever done a bad job in the past.

Lee, I think you'll find that persistant mincing and shouting "oh you c**t" at himself are not bookable offences (yet)..........and by the way the going rate for refs fees this season is £22

Once the weather warms up my old man will be videoing an SZFC match in full.

Once this is done we can arrange a booze n grub night out somewhere where we could play the video and charge people a few quid to watch it for club funds. I've also got a twin deck Amstrad VTR so we could sell copies for a fiver each http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif .

Obviously winning the game would help otherwise it'll just be me watching and buying the video.

I wasn't at the Pub before hand, due to wanting to get my Col Ewe Ticket, so I could only hand them out in the East or after the game in the pub. But hey at least I did bring two forms and stuck to what I promised to deliver. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Let me see if I go back through the minutes who else has such an unbleamished record. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif Oh yeah McNasty please stand up !! http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif And I am not include Shagster in this. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif

You wouldn't have had any minutes to go through if I hadn't volunteered to do them, which is outside my committee remit.
