As I now have enough money to get a solid coach, I am, but there are a few things I would like advise on the defensive, neither or attacking minded coach, as I am training playmaking which one would be best.

And also how many assistant coaches should I have? I have 6 at the moment.

If you can afford it have 9 outfield and 1 GK (or reverse that if training keepers)

If you are training Defending you want a defensive coach, Scoring Attaing coach anything else neither attacking or defensive

yes - all should get a total of 10 coaches in a 9 - 1 ratio. Of course only if you can afford it.
Anymore and you screw up the training and TS any less and training takes longer.

False!
A defensive coach will strenthen your defence but weaken your attack. An attacking coach does the reverse. A neutral coach slightly strengthens both defence and attack.
The type of coach has no bearing on your training!
Technically, if you train defence you want an attack minded coach as your attack is likely to be weaker.

Exactly, some people like to use specific coaches to either enforce or balance their tactics,
Balancing
A Defensive Coach with an attacking formation
Enforcement
A Defensive Coach with a defensive formation
Remember if you want to be tactical you will also need to play with two other than normal formations, also you will need the most experience with highest leadership players as team captain
to minimise confusion when selecting the new formation.

At least your defense will now be super-solid.

No worries Birri. I went for the neither attacking or defensive, because I too train playmaking.
