He picked up a win against this divisions whipping boys. I've made two changes to the starting line up but kept with 4-5-1 pressing, purely on the basis that it has got me this far.

1st also plays 3rd in our division so I could go back top on goal difference.

5-2 win over a side that finished above me in the table last season - and an HT rating of 163, including an inadequate (high) midfield, whilst PiN. Very pleased with that. Supporters club has now topped 1700.

Quite pleased with my gate... a record for Roots Hall of 43,185. Had been hoping for a few more, but that'll do for now.

Less pleased with the fact that my no. 1 striker went off injured and is out for 3 weeks. Have brought in the customary 9 additional doctors in order to try to shorten that period...

If I lose all my games then I will more than likely drop into an 'easier' division as the winners of harder divisions always end up playing qualifiers due to the amount of points they drop to the other good teams in that division. I should be ok.....
