Hmmm, at risk of a club fine for not following the rules, can confirm for definite that myself and Patsy will not be there.
Col's post only asked for yes's but I thought no's would be helpful as well.

Hmmm. More chance of me playing for you bunch of scally-wags this week seeing as Shoebury might have 14 players this week. Be pre-warned though, there is somebodies 18th the night before that everyone is going to, so i may be called at 10.15am, if certain lightweights dont show. I'll try and let the management team know a.s.a.p ...

Unc, stick me down as a strong maybe. I've got footie training tomorrow night. I gave them an excuse for pulling out of last weeks and they had 13 players. This week I may have to play for Sutton.
Still Snowy is back (if selected) http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Either way this gives the team an immediate chance to make up for last Sunday. Unc, myself and Snowy aren't expecting overnight miracles and we're not worried about winning or losing at this stage. We're looking at the manner in which we apply ourselves individually AND as a team for 90 minutes. Losing isn't a great feeling, but losing where we don't do ourselves justice is miles worse.
As Unc pointed out elsewhere NOW is the time to start showing that we have learned lessons from previous matches and training.

where have i sworn on this thread
Bob Cratchitt
11-03-2004, 07:40 PM
It does not have to be just on this thread, but you do to tend resort to using colourful language often when there really was no point. I was once told that ill-educated people swear as they do not have vocabulary big enough to be able to express themselves properly.
Anyway it is becoming tedious reading your posts for all the four letter words. Carter was once like this and in fact he was despised nearly as much as FM. I had quiet word in his shell and he realised he was making more enemies then friends, so decided to change his way of posting. I think he will tell you that life on here became a lot easier. http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif
Just think about what your saying, and remember you seem to have annoyed the wrong people about the CS /CS-J thread.

Sorry for being ironic but that is b******s http://www.shrimperzone.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Everyday swearing is a fantastic thing and does not show a poor vocabulary, it seems to have become part of our culture (whether you think that is good or not), it can relieve stress and is f**king brilliant. It is the people who have to end each sentance with 'ya know' or 'do ya know what I mean' or other phrases like it that have the poor vocabulary
