The East Fife Supporters Trust have 10k they want to invest in shares and the East Fife board say NO.

To put things in perspective, their "Chairman" is a puppet - he is in fact a wages clerk on £15K a year, and the majority shareholder is a 9 year old girl. The fans are desperate to get some shares so that they can start to find out what is really going on at their club.
