Surely you'd have to take 0 degrees as its starting point, and the angle measured would be the angle of rotation. This would make it 60 degrees. Also, for an accurate measure, you'd have to place the centre of the protractor over the fulcrum

its an a plane against a plane, there will always be two angles, the internal and external ones, the protactor just measures it.....

To be fair to Princess Anne, many years ago while she was a competitor at the Olympics and the press were really giving free reign* to the "she looks like a horse" jokes, she gave a speech to a bunch of journalists at some award dinner. During her speech, she gave out some gossip from the Royal household, paused, and then said "...and that's straight from the horse's mouth."


Very sad that it's Charles and not Anne who is next in line for the throne.
