Braces from Julian Okai and Duane Ofori-Acheampong, plus an own goal from defender George Allen, contributed to a terrific 5-0 local derby win for Southend United’s Under-18s away to Colchester.

Rob Craven's match report can be found by clicking here.

I had a client a few weeks ago on a saturday morning in Bromley. Just as I left I realised that her home was bang opposite Millwalls training ground.

As the in laws were over at ours I decided it was a only fair I awarded myself some free time so I wandered over. Turns out Millwall under 18's were playinf Colchester. Millwall were crap but as much as it pains me to say Colchester played some great football. The Ladapo guy is superb - what a talent scored two and made one in a three one win...

Make this result seem even better - well done lads.

Good scouting from DTS

"Braces from Julian Okai and Duane Ofori-Acheampong"

That'll be a pair of braces then.
