Agree mate, Joshua comes across as a level, honest bloke; but Fury is a bruiser bouncer doorman bully who wouldn't, just guessing, be a joy or conversational pleasure to have a few beers with.

Knowing some from the traveller community I would say a night out with him wouldn't be a particularly pleasant experience. Like gin & ginger, they don't mix well. You just never know when you are going to say the wrong thing and just about anything when you are the outsider can be the wrong thing. Maybe its just me but caution is the buzz word around those people. If the oppotunity ever comes along then tread very carefully.

Kenny came good at the end OBL, not sure he was the best of the three over the "course "of the series, but then again, I do not get to taste the food, cannot fault him for his passion and attitude.
Nawamin went all out with his last dish and seemed to pay the price, thought the pasta duck looked awlful and maybe too much to cook in the time (Again who am I to compare with, can barely cook pasta from a packet :smile:),and David was always up against it in the final

Really good series and getting better, do agree would be good to have a week of a set meal, ie Thai, Italian, Korean, but then does it become like X factor and have specialist weeks, which are normally *****

Hate to say it, but thought Greg "The Egg" was good in the final with his comments
 
Shorts! first day this year for the shorts to work- and hopefully can wear them all through till October.
A few weeks behind my usual April start date.

Agreed. Trouble is the first infant school my daughter went too was so bad we had to move her. The Headmistress got sacked for faking the results.

I was going to say I thought your daughter would have already been at school!

Sounds like a nightmare situation and glad you've been able to move her.

My daughter had a bad infection in Christmas 2016, but the staff seemed more concerned with the school play and left her to cry, which she did throughout the entire play which my wife & I put down to nerves. That night IIRC we took her to A&E.

The school we moved to is converting into a primary as well, but it's a 10 minute drive, the afterschool clubs are expensive whereas the primary is local. Shame, it's a good school and she's got some friends but none that are that close.
 
A fish tank I was going to give away is now selling for £51 on Ebay, and there's 24 watchers. :thumbsup:
