Time for a new thread for the new season, still waiting for news on a couple and if anyone knows the terms of the three youngsters can they add them - I'm guessing they were one year contracts? Mods, can we replace the sticky please?

looking at this squad we need at least 3 more players, will we leave it last minute again and just fall back on loan signings again, I hope someone puts pen to paper soon.
 
So 15 of the squad out of contract next season...although 5 can be extended. Mr Brown will be a busy bee next July.. maybe SZ needs to buy more memory to hold all the rumour and complaints

But the main core of the side are under contract beyond next summer, these players include Hurst, Bentley, Coker and Leonard.

I thought that Phil Brown was excellent in the timing of the contract extensions last season, it was so refreshing to years gone by when we have lost so many players as free agents.

Superb managament imho - if anyone warrants an extension, I am sure that the management will see to this well before the spring.
