I live in North Wales and follow the Blues at mainly away games, purchasing tickets from the club, but living 240 miles away means the purchase of a season card would be wasted expenditure.
Surprised this morning to get a letter from the club advertising 2015/2016 season cards for £235 for us seniors.
The letter states that prices are set to rise next season, but have to admire the optimism of inviting exiles like me to purchase a season card.:winking:
I wonder if the club could offer fans like us that can't make many trips to Roots Hall, a discount on our away tickets to encourage us even more to cheer the team on at away games.
Now I am being an optimist, must be catching:smile:

You don't know how lucky you have been this season not being able to attend home games.

Would all have to be agreed with the home clubs. Would not be a bad option for individual clubs to negotiate reciprocal ticket deals as I feel £20 to watch a game having travelled halfway across the country is an expense a lot of people can't meet. It's something that is going on in the Premier League but I think clubs at this level just need the revenue too much.

That said, when you get 32 Accrington fans, what's the harm in giving it a go?

Agreed. Many a time this season I have weighed up giving up my season ticket next year to fund more away games.
