Written with tongue in cheek, it made me laugh, wince, and feel a bit guilty at some of the home truths. Obviously, as an England fan I think most of it is a load of old bollocks.

Its a bit long, so be ready with the screen saver if reading at work. Me? I'm sitting in the garden with the cat having a cup of tea, it's a hard life, retirement.

very good, but honestly,..the Germans do have luck....just ask a German

The draw is about to take place in the bastion of fairness, honesty and respect; run by the paragons of virtue and love of England that is FIFA: so what is the chance of England being royally shafted in the draw?

I don't think it's all that bad, really. Would prefer Wales to Scotland as I live on the border and one hour's train ride away from Cardiff, but they're all beatable.

Our group draw is:

Group F: ENGLAND, Slovakia, SCOTLAND, Slovenia, Lithuania, Malta

All eminently beatable.

It's a fantastic draw - looking forward to the Scots games in particular and will be intrigued to see the views of our very own wonderful Scottish correspondent, Groyne Strain. Other groups have got some tasties - Spain and Italy, France and the Dutch. That group also has Sweden in it!

will try and get to the Slovakia game,as i did the last time we played there
