This will be a great signing, great delivery and not afraid to have a shot from outside the box:smile:

Questions

1) How can his right forearm look so big and yet so small at the same time?
2) Since when were Col Ewe sponsored by Tom Cruise?
3) Was the 'double third finger' confirm that he was actually born and 'bred' in Colchester?
D) Am I the only one to see the family resemblance to his Dad (famous actor, played himself alongside Jamie in the 'Magic Torch' cartoons)?

And he can score a free kick! Love the calibre of signings we can now pursue being in league one!

Hope we can wrap this signing up . Free Kick specialist as well, 6.1" tall, handy then at other set pieces in the box, scored 42 goals in just 168 appearances in midfield. Only slight concern, not sure if injury prone, maybe that's unfair, but only averaged 18 appearances per season over past 9 years

Exactly the type of player we need in my opinion. We lacked guile in midfield last season and Wordsworth certainly has the ability to score and create goals.

Isn't this the c unit that scored at roots hall and dived into the away end some years back?

Jokes aside always thought he looked a good player.

Looking at the Mooney video, stick a chance on a plate for him and he will bury it. This potential midfield excites me a lot!!

Timlin Leonard

Worrall Wordsworth McLaughlin

Does look good that, can always chuck Wordsworth on left aswell for when we play 2 up top.

Yes - as said above a creative and attacking midfielder is just what we need.

As for then playing a 4-2-3-1 formation - well, the mind boggles. :nope:

And then are we still interested in McLaughlin? And we have Worrall, Weston and Hurst who can play on the wing. That all seems a bit crowded to me but time will tell.

Stick Leonard up front with Mooney. Leonard is young, hungry and our quickest player! :winking:
