Any of you guys interested in making an Ultimate Premier League too?
Whilst it costs £5 to play there is a first prize of £25,000 (last year there was circa 20,000, players so your chances are a lot better than you think). There is also £1000 to the winner of each calendar month.
For those familiar with the normal format, the main differences are:
1) You pick a 25 man squad not 15.
2) Each week you pick a 7 man bench.
3) The bench should consist of those players playing Sunday & Monday who you can swap in if your Saturday players do crap.
4) Transfers can only be made weeks 1, 2, 3 and in January.
5) Player prices do not fluctuate.
Point 3 gives the game a real element of 'stick or twist'.
Let me know if you're interested and if we have enough takers, I'll set-up a Shrimper Zone league.
