It does, though.

In the 2nd Round Draw, you retain the number from the order the 1st Round Draw was made, hence why Peterborough were number one tonight, because Burton v Peterborough was the first tie out of the hat in the 1st Round draw.
 
It doesnt, there are other variables at work than just draw number.

Everything happened because of every event that occured before it. So when all the balls are picked out they are picked out at exactly that second because of the time it takes to read out the names for example. Any slight change in any event between the game and the second the ball was drawn would have affected the outcome, because the balls would have been in a slightly different place in the bag or whatever they used.

If we had gotten through the draw would have been different, butterfly wings and all that.

Have you not seen Back to the Future?!!?
 
Either way the chances of the team that beat us drawing Orient out of all them teams is just crazy. Can't deny would of been a great tie!
